Luckybackyards does not support illegal or unlawful activities to include discrimination, racism, bias, prejudice or intolerance based on federally, state or local laws. By using this platform, employees, travelers and hosts agree to comply with applicable laws to make our world a better place for everyone.

Luckybackyards hosts when booking shall not:

• Refuse, reduce access, charge higher fees or post a preference for or against certain persons based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, age, family status, disability, or gender (unless it is a shared space with the host such as a bedroom or bathroom).

Luckybackyards hosts and travelers when
booking shall:

• Provide factually accurate information of any unique risks to themselves and/or those who are elderly, disabled, children or infants. All parties shall communicate to resolve any challenges in a respectful and mutually beneficial way.

Luckybackyards employees may:

• Suspend from the platform, travelers who provide false information, damage locations, harass others and suspend hosts who demonstrate a pattern of discrimination in rejecting travelers, even if it is unintentional.
